Damien enjoys working with patients and problem-solving. He has a strong appreciation of strength training and function. He has a particular interest in patient-centred and multimodal care.

Damien's areas of interest include:

• Shockwave therapy

• Strengthening and strength training

• Neck pain

• Low back pain

• Shoulder pain

• Tendinopathies

• Plantar fasciitis

• Myofascial pain and dry needling

Damien is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated with an honours degree in BSc. Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick in 2017.

​

Damien has continued his professional development with courses in Dry Needling, Low back pain and is a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor.

​

He has a keen interest in strengthening and sports performance and sport-related injuries with a focus on golf and GAA. Damien has provided physiotherapy services for sports teams including Drom and Inch GAA club. 

​

Damien is an avid sportsman with hurling all Ireland, multiple Munster and country medals. 

​

Damien is enthusiastic and motivated towards helping people reach their rehabilitation goals.
